Now you’ll get to see Your Property Investor’s research system in action. Finding you the right property in the right location. We’ll dive into the bells and whistles of the property and see how it will fit with your strategy.

If you’re a numbers person you’ll love this step! We’ll take a deep dive into your lifestyle goals and see how the property numbers will work for you in the short & long term.

If you’re not a numbers person, don’t worry we’re here to make things as easy as possible for you. We’ll break things down to the need-to-knows and help you proceed with confidence.

Property Acquisition

The fun part! You’ve officially secured an investment property and its time to get your ducks in a row. Here we’ll be paying deposits, signing paperwork, applying for finance and all the serious stuff involved. Sounds like a lot, but we make this step as pain free as possible for you.

Finance approved and its all yours!

Congratulations! You’ve just secured a great asset and improved your financial future. We’ll let the dust settle and then catch up for a review and plan for your next one!
