Using our construction knowledge, we were able to get a competitive edge on a property and secure for well under market value and oversee a small renovation to get the property tenant-ready. Within 70 days we had the property leased for $675 per week (6.4% yield)

Harrison was a long-term client of YPI. Having purchase multiple investment properties already he was ready to “get creative” with his portfolio. We could’ve played in save with another typical 4/2/2 established property with 4-5% yields.
However with multiple properties already keeping his portfolio stable and ability to now get development finance we decided to get creative with a knock-down rebuild project.
Development sites are becoming increasingly rare and competitive, but we were able to find a site that met our strategy within 28 days.
After some extensive feasibility reporting we were able to fund an 12-month knock-down & duplex build, resulting in $250,000 of net profit.
