Founded by Tim Thompson in 2023, Tim and his growing team have helped hundreds of everyday Aussies on the path to financial freedom.
Our Team
TIM
THOMPSON
With over 10 years of experience in property investing, a Property Economics Degree and a thriving personal portfolio, Tim is an expert in finding high growth, high yielding investments. Hailing from humble beginnings on the Sunshine Coast, he knows the Queensland market inside and out.
Tim loves footy, a cold ale and spending time in the sun. He’s always up for a coffee (or beer) and a chat about all things property and finance.
TROY
SUSSMAN
The Sussman – he’s the best at sussing out properties. Hailing from a long family lineage of builders and developers, Troy provides a critical lens to your property search and ensures you’re not met with any surprises. He has helped every day investors create wealth for over 20 years.
Troy’s days are flat-out — whether he’s driving 300km to look at properties, fixing up defects or meeting with clients, he still makes it back in time to pick his kids up from school and most importantly, get his daughter to dance practice.
GEORDANNA
BANCROFT
Georgi and her big smile will greet you at our Buderim office. She is integral to our team and is in your corner during every step, handling the nitty gritty and ensuring any admin is completed attentively. Georgi is already a property investor and she’s keen to use her love for property to expand her support with clients on their own journeys.
In her spare time you can usually find her spending quality time with her family and loved ones.
THANULI
PANDITHA
As our marketing manager, Thanuli is in charge of our branding and social media. She brings some serious marketing talent having worked with national property and research brands. She has a knack showcasing our abilities with her creative spark.
Thanuli’s happiest when she’s hanging out with her lab, Remy – beach walks, belly rubs and a dog treat or two (probably two).
